The classes are given in the real "home kitchen" which haven been especially equipped.

Our approach to cooking classes is deliciously unique.
Creating fun and memorable experiences

Learn how to prepare a fabulous italian gourmet meal, a meal you can repeat in your home kitchen.
Classes are hands-on and are taught by Chef Vary (Varinia Cappelletti), and her husband Edoardo Cecotto.  You will learn to prepare some of must of italian recipes.


After you cook your meal, you’ll dine savoring your own scrumptious creations....The chef will adds some other delicous dishes with Italian speciality and wines carefully chosen by Varinia (Chef Vary) and Edoardo will complement the meal.


At the end of the event, every guest will receive a recipe so they can recreate the menu at home.

When you arrives, you will enjoy a selection of freshly prepared appetizers and glass of Prosecco.


When we start?
FULL COURSES
Fall/Winter/Spring
We start at 18,00 (6,00 pm) and we finish to cook at 20,00 (8,00 pm)....after you start the dinner
SHORT COURSES
We start at 19,00 (7,00 pm) and we finish to cook at 20,00 (8,00 pm)....after you start the dinner
Summer

We start at 18,30 (6,30 pm) and we finish to cook at 20,30 (8,30 pm)....after you start the dinner

IDEA of MENU OF OUR COOKING CLASSES IN ITALY

APPETIZER

Bruschette: Tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, basil, herbs, artichoke....;

Cake with vegetable and cheeses (zucchine, eggplants, potatoes....);

Mixed grilled vegetable with bread and garlic;

Rolled meat with wild erbs, ham and cheese;

Cold pasta salad;

Parmigina with egg plants or with zucchini;

Fresh dressing for your Salad (with mint, basil, thyme, chives, chili....);

Stuffed flower zucchini (ricotta...);;

Crostini with home made sausage;

Panzanella (bread cold salad);

Stuffed vegetable (tomatoes, zucchini...)

FIRST COURSE

"Pasta" made by hand (Tagliatelle, strozzapreti, maltagliati, pappardelle....)...

with and without eggs!!!;

Gnocchi (with potatoes or with ricotta);

Ravioli (with different stuffed);

Lasagne (classic or vegetarian);

Rice (learn a different risotti with a great italian rice!);

Soups (carrots, artichokes, potatoes, onion, spinach...);

*the souce for the pasta will be do used fresh and seasonal products:

Pesto, Zucchini and saffron, Mix vegetable, Chicken ragu, Meat sauce, Fresh tomatoes basil and

garlic, "Arrabbiata" with bacon and spicy, Carbonara, Peppers.....
