We pay tribute to the most well known dessert in the world.
In this book we will introduce you to 30 recipes that are simple, yet impressive, that you can make for yourself or for company.
We tried to make the recipes using easily available ingredients.
You'll find QR codes for every recipe that allow you to quickly save the shopping list on your device, as well as connect to our website where you’ll find extra content including videos, variations on recipes and more!
And, now on to a great time!

From 14,30 (2,30 pm) to 16,00 (4 pm)

The price included
 
  • Demonstration and preparation of Sponge Cake
  • Demonstration and preparation of basic cream with informations regarding the main ingredients (Mascarpone, Lady finger....)
  • Demonstration of variants of basic cream (with coffee, coconut, chocolate....) depend the choice of tiramisù
  • Preparation of different coffees (MOKA, ESPRESSO and AMERICAN) with explication of the quality of coffees
  • Preparation of 3 tiramisù (if you like you can partecipate to prepare the tiramisù)
  • For all time we'll served coffee, cappuccino and tea

APPETIZER

Bruschette: Tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, basil, herbs, artichoke....;

Cake with vegetable and cheeses (zucchine, eggplants, potatoes....);

Mixed grilled vegetable with bread and garlic;

Rolled meat with wild erbs, ham and cheese;

Cold pasta salad;

Parmigina with egg plants or with zucchini;

Fresh dressing for your Salad (with mint, basil, thyme, chives, chili....);

Stuffed flower zucchini (ricotta...);;

Crostini with home made sausage;

Panzanella (bread cold salad);

FIRST COURSE

"Pasta" made by hand (Tagliatelle, strozzapreti, maltagliati, pappardelle....)...

Rice (learn a different risotti with a great italian rice!);

*the souce for the pasta will be do used fresh and seasonal products:

Pesto, Zucchini and saffron, Mix vegetable, Chicken ragu, Meat sauce, Fresh tomatoes basil and
