COOKING CLASS 12 MAY
Appetizer with assorted cold meat (Salame, Finocchiona, Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella con pisatcchio). Pecorino Truffle, Toma Piemontese, Parmigiano, Strawberry mostrad, Peppers marmellade (Home made).
Balsamic tasting (4 different)
Home made bread (with garlic, salt and basil, sunflower seeds)
Ravioli with:
Pasta with 3 flours: White (OO), Grano duro (durum wheat) and brown
filled... Fresh spinach and ricotta
Fresh Lasagne with meat sauce and besciamella
Tenderloin with green pepper and balsamic
Ricotta cream
Prosecco and IGT organic

APPETIZER
Bruschette: Tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, basil, herbs, artichoke....;
Cake with vegetable and cheeses (zucchine, eggplants, potatoes....);
Mixed grilled vegetable with bread and garlic;
Rolled meat with wild erbs, ham and cheese;
Cold pasta salad;
Parmigina with egg plants or with zucchini;
Fresh dressing for your Salad (with mint, basil, thyme, chives, chili....);
Stuffed flower zucchini (ricotta...);;
Crostini with home made sausage;
Panzanella (bread cold salad);
Stuffed vegetable (tomatoes, zucchini...)
FIRST COURSE
"Pasta" made by hand (Tagliatelle, strozzapreti, maltagliati, pappardelle....)...

Rice (learn a different risotti with a great italian rice!);
